A complete Registration Package must include the following:
(1) Registration Form
(2) Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FOIP) Form
(3) Parent Agreement Form
(4) Medical Release Form
(5) Discipline Policy
(6) Waiver Form

An Open House is held in June for all parents whose child has received registration confirmation for the next school year. During the Open House, each parent will receive a folder containing additional documentation (Heart of the Classroom and Philosophy). At that time, 10 post-dated cheques must be submitted. Also, each parent should come prepared to schedule a date in September when he/she (or a grandparent, friend or care-giver) can come in for the child's special day!
